Why hire a model?

Let's face it.  Developing on IMVU can be expensive and time consuming.  So why would a dev want to hire a model?

1) It saves time. 

Essentially you hand the model your product (or invite her to do a shoot for furniture and other items where you just need another avi) and in a short while he or she will come back with good quality, product enhancing, sales boosting photos.  And this left you more time to go spend time in the real world or develop more products or whatever it is you do.

2) It boosts sales.

How many times have you looked at a poor product photo and not bothered to click the "Try It" button?  Customers appreciate clear, quality photos.  You have great products.  Reward them with great photos.

3) It gives you access to another inventory.

Perhaps you would like your photos shot with a certain color effect or with a certain type of harstyle or in a particular environment.  Models often have vast inventories that open up new possibilities for your product photos.

4) Your products gain a spokesperson.

Models can become the best word of mouth advertising there is.  Many models are in modeling groups and will post their newest modeling jobs there .  Most models also post the product pages they have modeled in their portfolio.  More clicks on your product equals more sales of your product.  It is also fairly standard practice for models to wishlist your other products, at which point other people will be exposed to your product by buying them using real credits. 

Desirable qualities:

-Beautiful and distinctive, yet versatile avi.

-As a developer, I understand how to highlight good aspects of a product and hide the flaws.  For example, I know which poses highlight shoes, tops, pants, accessories, etc.

-A versatile inventory including several hairstyles, skintones, worn poses, dainty feet, versatile shoes and many varied wardrobe options.

-Access Pass.  Is available for both GA and AP modeling.

-Intelligent and professional.  This is a trait many IMVU models lack in my opinion and I feel it is one of my strongest characteristics.

-Has gained much experience in modeling through modeling in my own catalog.

-Frequent Daily Outfit Challenge entrant.

-Top 100 and Top 50 placements in the Daily Outfit Challenge, including a 2nd place finish.
